- Shoes must show no signs of wear (indoors try-on only)
- All accessories and dust bags must be included
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or damage
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Items that have been worn outdoors
- Customized or personalized shoes
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 30-day window

- Refund approval: Same day as inspection completion
- Credit to original payment method: 5-10 business days
